2 week (14 days) distance healing session, Total 210 minutes ethereal sending time, allow 15 minutes per day plus at least 10 minutes prior to receiving to relax and be ready to receive the Reiki healing energy.

Please state if for a particular bad moment in time in the past that you would like help with healing with, timescale/basic info on how it made you feel.
If possible please email photo of recipient and a close up of any part of the body if the intention is to send healing to a specific area.
Booking time must be agreed so you can relax yourself in a quiet space for around 10 to 15 minutes beforehand and state to yourself that you are ready to receive the Reiki healing energy. So allow yourself 30 minutes altogether then drink a glass of water after the session so that you ground yourself.
All sessions should be at the same time on consecutive days.

You may feel emotional or have other sensations during and after the session, this is because the Reiki may be relieving and releasing problems physical and or mental within you that will help with your healing, this is completely normal and will fade relatively quickly,
