If possible please email photo of recipient and a close up of any part of the body if the intention is to send healing to a specific area.
Booking time must be agreed so you can relax yourself in a quiet space for around 10 to 15 minutes beforehand and state to yourself that you are ready to receive the Reiki healing energy, then drink a glass of water after the session so that you ground yourself.
All sessions should be at the same time on consecutive days.
